Problem
Staffing for nurses and in-home care is a complicated process. Holliblu aimed to simplify the system by directly connecting providers with nurses.
Providers use the web app to administer their facilities and create job openings for nurses. They can view nurse profiles and create connections to offer them work.
Nurses use the mobile app build their profile and view providers.

Onboarding guides the nurse through the steps required to complete their profile. Once finished, they can export a PDF resume created from their profile information.

Every nurse has a dashboard to keep them up to date on their accepted and available assignments. A calendar gives them a quick way to see what is coming up.

Nurses may view details of an assignment and contact the provider if they require more info. The contact form was built in compliance with HIPAA to prevent any sensitive patient information from passing through the app.

Results
After a successful launch and 2 years of user growth, Holliblu was acquired by Nurse.com in 2020.
