Personal credit repair via mobile and web apps

Problem

Rapid Credit provides a service of helping users fix their credit rating. They wanted an updated website and an accompanying mobile app to enhance their digital presence and make their services more accessible to a wider audience.

In a landscape where financial trust and credibility are paramount, I faced the unique challenge of not only creating a visually appealing and user-friendly platform but also one that instills confidence and transparency in the often complex world of credit repair.

Art Direction

The app needed to feel fresh and light to instill confidence in the service. I work with an illustrator to create art that complements the app to make it feel warm and welcoming.

Solution

I began by developing a set of wireframes for both the web and mobile apps. I gathered feedback from the client and made changes accordingly.

I then designed the web app with which users could sign up and review their case progress. I oversaw the translation of this design to mobile so they could also use the app on the go.
