Problem
8secondz embarked on a mission to not just follow the wave of short-form video content, but to lead it by establishing a dynamic platform. Their vision encompassed much more than video-sharing — they aspired to create an app in which users could participate in competitions and vie for prestigious awards.

Wireframes
Competitions
Competitions are posted regularly across a variety of categories. Each competition has its own theme and requirements. Users can easily find those that best fit their own interests. Featured and sponsored competitions are prominently displayed to attract more entries.
Video Editor
The in-app video editor includes functionality for filming and importing clips, trimming, filters, drawing and text, plus custom soundtracks and much more.
Social Network
Video entries are shared globally allowing others to view, vote, and comment. Users can browse videos by contest or category, follow friends to build their own personal feeds, and receive robust notifications to keep them up-to-date on the status of their competitions and videos.
